1. About HandleAll
HandleAll is a technology platform that connects users (customers) with independent service providers and contractors (tradies) for various home and trade services. HandleAll does not directly provide any trade or labor services. All services are performed by third-party contractors who operate independently of HandleAll.
2. User Responsibilities
By using HandleAll, you agree to the following:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the app.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a service.
- You understand and acknowledge that HandleAll is not a service provider, and any work carried out is the responsibility of the individual or company you engage.
3. Service Bookings
- When you book a job through HandleAll, you are entering into a direct agreement with the selected service provider.
- It is your responsibility to communicate directly with the service provider regarding:
- Their refund policy
- Their warranty terms
- Any specific expectations, materials, or methods related to the job

- Because each trade and contractor may operate under different terms, HandleAll does not guarantee the conditions, quality, or timeline of any specific job.
4. Payments and Fees
- Payments may be processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay), subject to their respective terms.
- HandleAll may charge a platform or service fee to facilitate the connection between users and providers.
- All pricing and payment arrangements should be discussed and agreed upon with the contractor prior to service commencement.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refund and cancellation policies may vary between service providers.
- Users are encouraged to clarify refund conditions before confirming a job.
- HandleAll may assist in mediating disputes but is not liable for any refund decision, service dissatisfaction, or cancellation charges.
- If mediation fails, either party may pursue resolution via external arbitration channels.
6. Warranties & Liability
- HandleAll provides no warranties (express or implied) regarding the services offered by providers on the platform.
- Any warranties or guarantees are offered solely by the individual service provider, not HandleAll.
- HandleAll is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to the services performed by third-party providers.
7. Platform Usage Rules
- You agree not to misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- You agree not to post offensive, misleading, or defamatory content.
- HandleAll reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
HandleAll reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
